Error during IO1 setup causing system crash
Hi there, I'm working on assembling a new PC and encountered an unusual error that hasn't appeared before. The search engine isn't providing much assistance. Could anyone else recognize something? When I begin the Windows installation setup via USB 3.0 or 2.0, I encounter a Bluescreen during the process. I attempted to install Windows on another machine using the same USB drive, and it worked fine there. After reinstalling the SSD to the correct PC, the issue persists—Windows boots but then displays a bluescreen shortly after startup. The error appears very quickly; I had to record a slow-motion video to capture what's happening. It looks like an IO1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED problem. Thanks for your help!
The issue stems from two main reasons: a faulty device driver and improper system installation or changes (such as virus infection). Based on your attempts and current symptoms, it seems a virus might be involved. Read more: http://www.justanswer.com/computer/1flkn...z3c24Qi3jE
It's amusing that I just purchased all the parts. I assumed the mainboard was faulty because the RAM change didn't resolve the issue, so I swapped it out and the same problems persisted.
It seems the software or hardware isn’t loading properly because the device drivers for your keyboard or mouse aren’t installed correctly. Consider using a different replacement keyboard and mouse. If that doesn’t help, try installing the software from a CD rather than connecting via USB, as this might resolve driver issues with your ports.
I'll attempt this now, though it feels unusual. I usually rely on my mouse and keyboard while setting up PCs, but I'll review some details.
