Error during gameplay System crashes unexpectedly while playing a game.
Hello, I've noticed frequent BSODs while gaming over the past couple of weeks. I've already attempted several fixes: fresh Windows setup, BIOS update, various driver versions (graphics, audio, chipset), memory testing with MemTest86, and an SSD check. My system runs a Ryzen 7 2700X with an HX432C16PB3K2/16 processor, X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING graphics card, and MSI GeForce GTX 1070 gaming model. I've purchased a new PSU from Corsair and tested different graphics cards including the GC MSI RTX 2060. The most recent BSODs were linked to files like dxgmms2.sys, ntkrnlmp.exe, and memory corruption issues. No overclocking has been done; I've used XMP profiles on RAM. Despite these changes, my PC has functioned normally for nearly two years. Could you offer any advice? I'm happy to share the last three BSOD dump files if needed. Thank you.
Check RAM slots 2 and 4. The Ryzen 2000 series can face issues with RAM speeds above 2933MHz, possibly due to instability. Consider raising the SOC voltage to 1.1.
they need to fit into DDR4_2 and DDR4_1 positions, specifically slots 2 and 4 starting from the CPU side toward the right
I adjusted the memory voltage to 1.35V and turned off amd cool and quiet, c-state and svm mode in bios. No BSOD for four days, which means the issue appears resolved. Thank you!
