I attempted to set up the game BF4 from a DVD, but around 20% it reported that the redistributable package (punkbuster) couldn’t be installed. When trying BF3 via DVD, the same issue appeared. The EA didn’t assist as expected—please help me further.

It seems the product comes with a code, but you're asking if you can get it from Origin instead.
