The system isn't posting and I recently swapped out my old fans for new ones plus added a new CPU tower cooler. I was puzzled when the DRAM error caused me to power on the motherboard even though I hadn't changed RAM. I've booted with one stick at a time and checked all slots, but the issue persists. My previous problem got resolved for reference: Specs include Gskill Trident Neo RGB 16GB (two 8GB sticks, CL16, 3200MHz), Asus ROG B550M gaming Wi-Fi motherboard, Ryzen 5 5600X, ASUS TUF GTX1650 OC Cx650M, a 1TB SATA SSD, and a Deepcool AK400 cooler (just installed). After installation, the cooler was off and the system didn't boot. Three exhaust fans and three intake fans are present. What should I do?
