Hello, I'm experiencing a blue screen issue. Could it be related to an additional hard drive where Windows isn't installed? I accidentally dropped it during purchase, and it sounds extremely problematic when running applications or games. It's about 1.5 years old now. The problem occurs frequently—around 90% of the time—especially when installing software or launching large programs on that faulty drive. I recall blue screens appearing only with the secondary hard drive, not when using my main SSD with Windows installed. Recently, it has started happening more often, sometimes multiple times a day, and only when accessing the secondary drive. I've managed about five blue screen errors, but only two are clearly remembered: one related to Memory_Manager and another about the video card (though I'm not sure of the exact details). The issue seems to be getting worse.

The error message on the blue screen typically includes a code like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, which indicates a critical interrupt request handling issue. Other codes may vary depending on the system and hardware.

Referenced topic: memory management.
Apologies, I don’t recall the others.

Please review the instructions carefully. Open "Windows Memory Diagnostic," run it, and restart the system. Windows will then check your RAM and report any issues after a reboot.

At first I booted up the PC and looked at the event details. It showed two entries: Event-ID 1102 and another with ID 1202.

If the system crashes only with the second drive, inspect or swap the SATA cable.
