Tried to play a game last night on my 8TB hard drive but it reported it wasn't downloaded. Checked the file explorer, it didn’t show up. Examined partitions—none were partitioned. When I attempted to reinstall the drive, it failed with an error: "The request could not be performed because of a I/O error device." I've tried various solutions so far—cleaned the drive, used another computer, but nothing works. The drive is an Iron Wolf Seagate 8TB. Please help if you can.
