Hello everyone, I've just switched from a GTX 1080 to an RX 7800 XT. The graphics card I chose was too large for my HP Omen 30L case, so I moved it into my old full-size NZXT Phantom 530 case. Before the new GPU arrived tomorrow, I transferred the i9 10900k with AIO liquid cooler and the GTX 1080 from the old case to the Phantom. I added fans to the built-in controller on the Phantom. The LC connector stayed in its slot, and it booted without problems last night. This morning I encountered a CPU Pump (90b) error when starting up. I tried unplugging the fan controller power, but that didn't help. I also replaced the other two fan slots with fans from before, but nothing changed. All fans are working fine. Even though the boot error persisted, I decided to keep the LC pump plugged in and everything ran smoothly. I’m not sure if moving the motherboard caused any damage or if there’s another issue I missed. Also, a BIOS update didn’t resolve the problem.

They removed the fans from the motherboard connectors, which is the issue. You should connect a fan to the CPU connector instead.

I experimented with various fan setups connected to the CPU headers on the motherboard, and it became clear that a particular fan from my old desktop needed to be attached to a specific port. Thanks! Done!
