I continued experiencing CPU fan issues during startup, so after checking online I realized you can disable the BIOS monitoring for the CPU fan. However, now the fan isn’t spinning at all. Since your cooler has two fans and only the back one is working, it’s likely the front fan stopped functioning. If you set the BIOS to ignore fan monitoring, the remaining fan should still operate normally unless there’s a hardware fault.

The CPU fan stopped working, causing an error. Swap the fans—connect the front fan to its socket and the back fan to the other socket. This should resolve the issue.
