Hello, a few months back I bought a Ryzen 7 5800x to boost my system. After the upgrade, I needed to limit the voltage on the BIOS to 1.2V so my computer wouldn’t crash during gaming. It prevents me from using the automatic settings the chip provides and stops it from running at its optimal speed. I’ve looked into overheating issues (none present), updated the chipset drivers, but nothing resolved the problem. I’m hoping someone can assist me in finding a solution so I can get the most performance out of the CPU I paid a good price for. If you need any PC details to help resolve this, feel free to share.
