I'm getting random crashes in multiple games. All of them have one common error c0000005, which I know is more or less "catch all" error code for memory access violation. Some games generate crash dumps, and I was hoping that somebody could help me read those. I'm using WinDbg to read them, but I can't really tell what's going on there. I'm not over/underclocking any components; drivers are updated; no overlays; Windows and even BIOS updated. I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and MemTest86 to check for errors. Nothing found. Temperatures are within norm. 904a6501-ea3c-4109-a1a6-cc4468866916.dmp c7ab70da-a7b6-46dd-9387-20834c621316.dmp 23b8bc5f-00a0-4550-9012-beb9fe1491c2.dmp 7ad8fed6-bb97-4706-a5b0-dc28d0b7b195.dmp

I don't have VBS activated or deactivated. You can find your drivers from the appropriate software distribution channels.

I obtain my Geforece drivers from the Nvidia site. VBS is active. I need to look it up to understand what it does. I plan to turn it off since ChatGPT suggests it may boost performance for memory-intensive work.

Hardware issues may also lead to memory mistakes. Try running the bootable memtest86 version first. This avoids relying on Windows and its potential problems. Let me know if this helps.

I needed to purchase a USB stick specifically for that purpose.

Unable to disable VBS, the issue persisted. Another crash occurred.

If the results are clear, you can eliminate a hardware problem. If everything appears unresponsive, would you be open to wiping your boot drive and starting with a new Windows installation? This should fix any software-related issues.

I also performed a new Windows setup. Immediately after, I ran MemTest86.
