I opened my PC this morning and noticed these CPU fan and over voltage warnings. It mentioned I recently installed a new CPU three months ago. I can't access Windows, and the BIOS reports a voltage of 2.779V and a temperature of -1°C. I've updated the BIOS, reset the CMOS, but changing the power supply pins didn’t help. Anyone have ideas on how to resolve this?
