Did you restart the system multiple times before attempting to connect? Also, consider using a cleaner tool. The boot manager appears to point to an incorrect location for msconfig.exe; it should be in C:\Windows\System32.

It seems the process isn't quicker; it doesn't display the results. Have you verified the system32 directory?
