Everything was at standard levels or adjustments were made. At 100°C it’s extremely hot for the chip, and cooling systems should have activated before reaching those temperatures.

I managed everything stock settings. I think the sensors might be broken, and I've always used HWMonitor without problems, which is what worked for my 3800XT. Now I'm stuck, so I filed a return request with AMD; we'll find out soon. It's likely the CPU is faulty, and I've only had it for under a month.
