Hello, this situation might seem unusual, but I’m dealing with a challenging setup here. I’m experiencing several BSODs without any clear cause—no obvious patterns like using the internet or launching specific games. It seems random, but I’ve run diagnostics multiple times without finding any issues. The crashes also happen during Windows installation, which is puzzling. I’ve tried a script named "TRON" and it seems to have reset things unexpectedly.

I’m concerned this might not be a memory issue, but the results from Memory Diagnostics so far are clean. It feels strange since my system was stable before, and I’ve managed to fix similar problems myself. Microsoft Support and the community haven’t reached a conclusion yet.

For your reference, I’ve shared my specs, dumps, and all relevant details. You can find my Memory Diagnostics outcomes here:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...9f69dbc9fd

Below are my system details and performance data. I’m worried this could be a rare case where my CPU might not be representative, given my workloads and deadlines. I need assistance quickly! My system is a bit old—about four years—and I’ve upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. I own an OEM license, but these machines aren’t shipped to Argentina, which might explain the issue. I’ve purchased all components secondhand except the GPU, PSU, and drives, which are new.

I’m using Windows 11 x64, and I’ve installed an OEM license a few weeks ago. The CPU is a Ryzen 5, the GPU a NVIDIA RTX 2060, and the motherboard is Gigabyte AB350-Gaming. The power supply is Sentey SDP-550. I’m working on 3D tasks and have a lot of projects to complete. Please help me fast! AMD won’t cover it because their records say my CPU is an OEM part.

I’m also facing delivery problems—my computer crashed during the installation of Windows 11, just like with Windows 10. I’ve tested other operating systems like Windows 8.1 and 7, but nothing has worked. I’m hoping you can guide me through this.

They likely ceased offering assistance once you mentioned the correct driver. Disable DDU in safe mode to fully eliminate all graphics drivers and related files. After that, reinstall them yourself.

You removed the problematic file, but ntoskrnl.exe still causes problems. Consider checking its status or trying a system restore if available.

I need to upgrade, okay? The problem began after switching from my old Ryzen 3 1200 to the new Ryzen 5 3500. I made some registry adjustments and the system is now functioning well. It’s been running for over five hours, which is great. I’ve completed a few renders and attended classes, so everything seems to be working. The patch I installed reads the next: Tonight I experienced a crash, so I changed it to: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers] "TdrDelay"=hex(b):08,00,00,00,00,00,00,00. After that, it stabilized. It’s still a bit unpredictable—sometimes the computer crashes at startup, after logging in, or after hours of use. I’ll keep you updated. I’m able to work now.
