I've noticed an unusual problem. After three months of use, I keep encountering CRC errors when installers or archives larger than 10GB are being extracted or installed. Some websites also freeze and run out of memory. System specs: CPU 9800X3D, RAM CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 64GB (2x32GB) at 6000MHz, AMD EXPO motherboard with CMH64GX5M2B6000Z30, TUF GAMING B850-PLUS Wi-Fi GPU, CORSAIR SF850 PSU, 2TB SAMSUNG 990 PRO SSD, Thermalright FW240. I've tried setting RAM to JEDEC speeds, using switched RAM slots, disabling PBO, updating CPU, resetting BIOS to stock, and checking for errors. SSDs work fine when playing demanding AAA games without issues or slowdowns. CPU temperature stays normal even under load. Updated drivers helped. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It seems the RAM might be faulty. You mentioned you can't access the Memtest results. Did the test reveal any issues?
