Hello everyone! My Dell R630 runs smoothly with the current setup: two E5-2643 v4 processors, 4x 32GB Samsung M393A4K40CB1 chips at 2400Mhz, BIOS version 2.19, and 2.86.86.86 LCC. All components are functioning properly. I’m planning to upgrade both E5-2697 v4 models, but when installing them the system boots and recognizes the CPUs in BIOS. However, I encounter an error: UEFI0058 – an uncorrectable memory issue due to a faulty DIMM. The message says "Multi-bit memory errors detected" and points to a specific DIMM location. No matter which slot I try, the problem persists. I’ve tested one CPU at a time, but it still doesn’t work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Your storage data is incorrect. You should either install additional RAM or use another compatible module for your system.

From the start of this message I made it clear that every 32GB drive functions perfectly with the 2643s. I attempted using just one drive in A1 paired with a 2697, but the issue continues.

Next, attempt to reposition the CPU and ensure the CPU contacts, motherboard pins, and RAM slots are properly cleaned.
