Hello, thank you for reaching out. I recently assembled this new PC by cloning my old M.2 to a larger one. I ensured all drivers were up-to-date and everything was current, including Windows. Until the installation of an outdated 1 TB HDD from a previous laptop, everything ran smoothly. The issue began when I installed a 2016 HDD that had previously been in use. During shutdowns, my PC would display a Blue Screen with the error "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT," which was unclear—could be a driver or hardware problem. Initially, I contacted Microsoft, but they didn’t assist and didn’t respond. After that, I removed the hard drive, which stopped working for a few days, then it happened again during shutdowns, though only once so far. I attempted to update drivers, reinstall them, and used built-in troubleshooters, but none helped. I ran ScanDisk, SFC /scannow, and other diagnostics, yet results remained unchanged. I’ve attached three minidumps for reference. System specs: Windows 11 RX 5700XT Core i7-9700K, 2 TB Kingston M.2 Drive, MSI Z390 motherboard, TP-Link Wi-Fi + Bluetooth card, 16 GB Corsair RAM. Thoughts? Please see the attached files.
