Hello! I’m facing a persistent BSOD every 1 to 2 hours while using my PC. I’ve tried numerous fixes online—updated drivers, disabled XMP, reinstalled Windows—but the issue keeps coming back. After about nine hours of use, I’d reinstall and still get it. A memory diagnostic showed no errors, and a technician from Microsoft remotely adjusted settings without resolving it. My build is custom, assembled three weeks ago, and I’ve been dealing with this since the start. Here’s what I have: CPU – i9 7980XE, GPU – Asus dual RX580 OC, 8GB RAM, Motherboard – MSI X299 Gaming M7 Ack, SSD – NVMe 18 CL, SSD 1TB from HP EX950. I’d really appreciate any advice, even if it means going through the steps again or double-checking everything. This is really frustrating!
It seems there might be a hardware problem. Test with a single stick at a time to check for fixes. Have you installed the newest BIOS update?
Hi there! Thank you for your message. No worries about the delayed response—I wasn’t aware there were any comments on this thread. Yes, the RAM is set up correctly. I’ll check by testing with just one stick at a time to determine if there’s an issue.
