You're facing an issue where your desktop can't reach certain websites despite knowing how to use them. It seems like the problem might be with your network connection or a specific browser setting. Your Android phone works fine, so the issue likely lies with your computer's settings or a temporary glitch. Check your internet speed, restart your router, and ensure you're using the correct network. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache or contacting your ISP for further help.

I don't have the ability to display screenshots or send full error messages. Please share the details here, and I'll help you further. Make sure your browser is current and your system clock is accurate.

Sorry for the image with two monitors. My date/time and daylight saving settings are all automatic, and my time zone is correct. My browser is current. Recently, I reinstalled Windows 11, but the network diagnostics tool can't detect any issues.

No personal security items are currently installed that might interfere with your system. SSL Labs confirms everything is functioning properly on their side: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze....dhaven.com

I tested various browsers, disabled all extensions, even turned off Antivirus briefly, but it didn’t work. Restarting the computer gave temporary access, though progressing through the site still fails with that error.

I can open uploadsite.com from my phone using mobile data. On any device connected to my home network, I can't access it. It seems my ISP might have recently blocked certain sites—especially file-sharing platforms I’ve used before. What should I do?

They likely offer a risk-free trial on their site. Free options often come with security concerns or instability. Alternatively, you could connect your phone's internet to your computer.

Check if port 443 is active on your device. The command you ran should show its status, but if it’s missing, the service might not be running or configured correctly.
