This RADS issue has been ongoing for some time, and I'm looking for insights on its cause and possible fixes. Also, I'm wondering if the responsibility lies with the ISP or Riot Games.

You might want to restart your router/modem or change your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 (using the public DNS server). I've heard that turning off all of NVIDIA's software, like GeForce, can help. Make sure the servers are active at http://status.leagueoflegends.com; if you can't reach it, there may be an issue. RADS errors can point to various problems, and many fixes might work or not. Keep experimenting with different approaches.

I'm having trouble updating my DNS settings. I've tried everything suggested—like shutting down NV software—but nothing seems to fix it. It's annoying because the issue pops up and disappears unexpectedly.
