Thanks for the update on WhoCrashed. It took me just 3 seconds after my system rebooted to pinpoint the module causing the BSOD. The OS details are: Windows 10 Pro 22H2, Ryzen 5950X, Crucial Ballistix 3600 (XMP profile), ASRock X570M Pro4, Gigabyte RX 6800XT, and a copy from whocrashed. I’m tied to an older version of Synapse because I still use a Nostromo.
I have two ideas:
1) This seems to be a strange problem with Synapse; if it keeps happening, I might have to switch to a different gamepad for FPS play.
2) There’s a memory fault possibility—Synapse was in the problematic area. Running Memtest could help confirm this. If it passes, I’ll focus on my memory; otherwise, I’ll dig deeper.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Edited for clarity.
Synapse is frequently linked with BSOD issues. @Sarra kindly include the dump files as specified in the "BSOD Posting instructions" thread at the top of the forum.
It's conceivable Synapse is handling memory or page files improperly.
