Yes, the riot launcher is active while I reinstall the game. The AMD drivers are loading, Chrome is running with Microsoft Tasks, and Kaspersky is in the background.

Kasp and Avast are usually the main triggers in Valorant. You might want to turn off the real-time scan feature in both the app and Task Manager, then restart the game.
