My computer is experiencing boot problems, consistently displaying error 15. It cycles between codes 14 and 15, eventually showing a loading circle. After roughly five minutes, a BSOD appears stating "inaccesible boot drive." I can only resolve it by resetting the CMOS and reconfiguring BIOS, then exiting and restarting through another cycle of codes 15/14. During this process, some B4, 99, and other entries flash but always return to the same error. Once I exit, programs load slowly, sometimes freezing until I move the window, or only partially refreshing. Eventually, everything runs smoothly except for occasional crashes, especially with applications like Discord that freeze until I interact with them. I've replaced RAM, swapped components one by one, flashed the BIOS, run CrystalDisk, and tested without errors. The Event Viewer shows no warnings. I'm unsure what's causing this issue—some say the drive is dead, others point to the motherboard or CPU. My build details are attached.

This image is quite poor, but I saw it on a ROG forum. Potential problems include short cases to the stand-offs, DIMMs not matching the CPU or memory, dirty or improperly seated DIMM slots, incorrect cabling, and possibly bent pins in the CPU socket. All issues need checking, and if it persists, you may need to perform bench testing outside your case.

The PC is more than a year old with only minor NVIDIA-related glitches.

Do you have a promise about the board still in place?
