Hi. I'm facing issues updating Windows since the 2004 release and still can't reach version 20H2. The error code shown is 0xc1900101. After installing the update, the PC restarts twice before returning to the previous version. Even when using the Windows Media Creation Tool, I encounter problems with the USB installation—either it shows two boot options, one starting with UEFI and the other with USB. Selecting USB gets me to the install screen but doesn't complete the setup. When I pick UEFI, I see a distorted Windows logo and wait before rebooting. Previously, trying to install the 2004 update caused the system to fail to revert to version 1909. It seems the 2004 and 20H2 updates might be causing compatibility issues. I’d rather avoid updating the BIOS. I have an ASRock Fatal1ty AB350 motherboard with BIOS version 4.50.
