Error Blue Screen - BSOD
Error Blue Screen - BSOD
My Dell Vostro 3500 is getting stuck in a random reboot loop. This has turned into a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). I saved some screenshots below to help me figure out why this is happening so I can fix it right away. To find the root cause, I opened BlueScreen Viewer and got these two specific error codes:
- Bug Check String: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
- Bug Check Code: 0x0000001a
This problem started when my driver for ntoskrnl.exe crashed. It happened at a memory address of ntoskrnl.exe+41bf10.
Open the Windows search box, type memory, find memory diagnostic, click on it, and start running the app to see if your computer's RAM is working properly.
Try running sfc /scannow when you open your command line with permission. Check your graphics cards and make sure their drivers are current. Which gaming or software cards do you use for better performance?
You have already tried running sfc/scannow, but it still isn't working for you.
It takes a lot of time to fix this, but you can check the Device Manager one item at a time to see if there are driver updates needed, especially for your graphics card. You can also run CHKDSK to make sure your hard drive isn't causing any issues.
