Was ich getan, war eine neunstündige Tortur während des Schlafs – und das Ergebnis ist klar!

It seems you're dealing with an unstable setup at that voltage. You've already dropped three threads within two to three hours. If a thread fails, immediately stop the test, tweak the voltage, or lower the clock speed. Continuing after a drop isn't worth it.

Consider lowering the voltage a bit. Your current speed is at 4.7, so dropping it to 4.3 might help. Set XMP manually if needed.

Choose one of the two paths: boost voltage by roughly 25mV or lower the clock speed by 100 MHz and retry.

I noticed an unusual event. The test ran for three hours without errors so far. However, I adjusted XMP to 1, set the core ratio to 45, and voltage to 1.31. During the stress test, the clock speed is now at 4.05 GHz, which seems unexpected.
