I recently purchased a new laptop (ASUS ROG G15) and noticed it came with only 512GB. To expand storage, I added an SSD from my previous device—a HP Pavilion—specifically an Intel H10 512GB SSD with 32GB Optane. My new machine doesn’t recognize the standard 512GB SSD; instead, it only sees the 32GB Optane portion. I checked ASUS forums but didn’t find a solution, and similar discussions on HP and Intel sites mentioned needing specific drivers that aren’t available. Could there be a BIOS change required to enable this setup? My laptop’s specs include a Ryzen 7 4800H, 16GB RAM, 512GB main SSD, and an RTX 3050 Ti graphics card.
