Shadow of the Tomb Raider runs smoothly across any environment, but certain presets fail to verify. You often encounter hardware error codes like 1b8 -1a8 and D3DDRED2. In the past three weeks, three instances of D3DDRED2 appeared on 3DMark, and two similar issues were reported today. Your system specs include an Intel i5-10400F, 16GB DDR4 RAM at 2666MHz.

Check the PC specs and list the hardware components. Review the Event Viewer for additional error or warning messages. Look in Device Manager for any devices displaying a warning indicator.

all systems are operating smoothly with the device manager hardware I own. it includes a GTX 1660s, an i5 10400f, a 500gb m.2 and a 500gb sata 16gb ddr4 drive running at 2666mhz or higher. there is also a black screen issue and some bex64 error codes.

No, I haven't made any changes or updates yet. I just checked for errors and confirmed everything was correct. Did you install any new drivers?

No problem, I was out of the loop for a while and didn’t affect my PC.
