Purchased a sealed copy of Windows 10 and encountered an activation issue. Seeking alternative solutions beyond waiting on hold. Also, investigating why this error occurs with a brand-new, unopened disc.

It seems the issue might be on their end. We waited a short while and then it worked fine.

I went through the steps, and even though it's time-consuming, it functions. Sharing a lengthy string with someone and then retrieving it is quite an effort, but at least the software is now working.
