Because? To enhance performance and save energy. Also, why do you need Eco mode? It helps reduce power consumption while maintaining functionality.

Settings could be saved using tools such as MSI Afterburner, mainly for the GPU. It can help reduce power usage through undervolting, though it may not be ideal. Alternatively, there might be limited choices unless you're using a laptop or desktop with a built-in laptop CPU and similar features.

Due to the extreme heat from the 5800X, I'm uncertain about a lower TDP for the 5700X.

Check if the room is too warm or if the cooler isn't working well.

I’ve seen many opinions and feedback pointing out that even the D15 or DRP4 models aren’t sufficient for proper cooling. It’s clear they need more than a single unit to perform well.

Adjusting the Package Power Limit to 65W in the BIOS would not activate Eco Mode for a 105W CPU.

If it can manage that and for extended periods, there could be options to determine a safe installation number or software tools available. You might find guidance in documentation, though it’s unclear if any automatic adjustments are possible on the motherboard. Be cautious with BIOS settings and avoid over-tweaking.
