Is there another way to reach it, similar to the old method of pressing F8 or F12? I think solid-state drives eliminated that option. The only approach I've tried so far is restarting manually while the Windows screen loads, repeating it 3-4 times until you see a few choices like safe mode. Right now I'm not experiencing issues, but I've had problems before. I didn't reach the black screen because of driver errors. Most online instructions suggest using msconfig during the next boot.

Sometimes I noticed you weren't able to use the Windows interface. In my earlier issue, I only saw a cursor on a black screen because of faulty drivers. The best solution was forcing Windows to fail to boot three or four times in a row, which then led to options like safe mode or system restore.

I performed the task, but I've added extra irritation by displaying this menu each time it boots up.

It seems the setup isn't functioning properly. I'm attempting to use a recovery USB to restore the system. Although it might affect the OS, I want to be certain.
