I increased my Ryzen 3 1200's clock speed from 3.1 to 3.7 and now it’s only rebooting. Fans are spinning, some lights are on, but nothing appears or works with my mouse, keyboard, or headset. Is it safe to press the power button? Or should I unplug it or wait for it to finish?

When the OC is too high, the device won't start by itself. Power off, reset the BIOS, and attempt again.
