Sometimes you need a full reinstall of Windows, and it often takes a lot of time to get everything set perfectly. I’m wondering if anyone knows about software that can recreate those settings exactly. Also, I’m less sure about finding a solution for something else. I really like customizing folder icons—each one individually, not just changing them all at once. I’m not referring to packs that alter them all, but rather the ones I manually tweak via right-click, properties, customize, and editing the icon. Is there a way to preserve those changes? Most of these files aren’t on the system disk, so their names or folders don’t actually change.
