I’m planning to purchase a 240Hz monitor tomorrow and understand that my CPU won’t handle it because it struggles with even 240fps. I’m wondering which upgrade would be best for me? I’ve been playing competitive CS:GO and VALORANT. My setup includes a GTX 1660, 16GB Corsair RAM, Ryzen 5 1600, and an MSI B350M gaming PC.
First Gen 1600 might work better with a 3rd Gen version. Likely to boost the FPS significantly.
