I'm changing the storage setup for my laptop. The Asus Zenbook 15 only has a single SSD available.
If using Macrium Reflect: Clone method – Step 1: Put the new SSD in the case and connect it to the laptop. Step 2: Check Windows Disk Management to confirm the SSD appears. Step 3: Download the free trial of Macrium Reflect Home Edition and install it. Step 4: Copy all partitions from your old SSD to the new one. Choose the option that matches your old drive (click “Clone this disk” or “Image this disk”). If the old drive is smaller, think about what to do with any extra space on the new SSD—leave it empty for future partitioning or use it in the C partition you plan to clone into. (Refer to the diagram below.) Selecting Exact Partition preserves the unused space. Choosing Shrink or Extend merges it into your C partition. Once complete, remove the SSD case, power off the system, and swap the old drive with the new one. 6. Think about what to do with the old drive—keep it untouched for a short period, such as a month, if everything works fine. If the new drive functions properly, you can safely use the old one as needed.
