My laptop powers up and the screen lights up but remains blank. When I disconnect the HDMI cable and reconnect it, it still doesn’t work. Doing the same with sleep mode also causes the problem. The device is an A3000 with an i7-11850H processor and the latest drivers are installed.

Are you turning off Windows' Fast Boot? This setting creates a hybrid mode that can lead to issues.
