your b650 aorus elite ax atx am5 board runs well with your ryan zen 7 7800x3d and nvidia 4080 super. after switching to a new motherboard, only the cpu lights up when you power it on, while everything else in the case works fine. the monitor remains blank despite other components turning on. check for proper power delivery, thermal paste, and ensure no fan issues are affecting the system.

Turn off PSU, verify all connections are secure. GPU should function properly. Ensure it’s not just a simple startup verification. All debug LEDs will illuminate when powering on the motherboard. They usually fade away once the OS boots (Windows). You’ll see this after installing Windows. Are you following these steps?
