You're experiencing issues with Wake-on-LAN not functioning properly, even though it seems to work in other situations. Your computer is likely disabling the network interface when it's asleep. Try checking the BIOS settings or contacting your network hardware manufacturer for further assistance.

activated wake-on-lan and everything turned on. after putting it to sleep, wake-on-lan still works during the sleep cycle, but once fully asleep the Wi-Fi card ignores it. the card does support this functionality. my motherboard is a B550 M H gigabyte with the newest BIOS.
