Hello everyone, I'm uncertain about how specialized this subject might be and whether it's the right setting for this discussion. Usually, when I use VR at home, I bring my gaming PC into the living room since there isn't enough space elsewhere. It wasn't an issue before. I didn't have a TV and used Remote Desktop on Windows 10 to connect my laptop, which worked well for login, Steam, and starting VR. I could usually switch between using the desktop and my HTC Vive without issues. Recently, after upgrading to Windows 10 May 2020, I lost that flexibility. Now, disconnecting the remote connection causes the computer to lock, so even though Steam, VR, and games run quietly, I can't see anything on my headset—just a green light. When I try to reconnect, it shows the login screen and then returns to where I left off. I've checked power settings, but they don't help because the system defaults to lock mode when the display is off. Could anyone suggest another method to keep the computer unlocked while the display is disconnected? I appreciate any advice you can offer. Thanks!
