Yes, C11, youre right there Ive contacted the It dept already, theyre just quite slow to get around to things so wondering if there was anything else i could do in the meantime

cmos reset might work with windows updates, that's all. Also, consider adding a restore point so you can revert changes if needed. Since i'm dealing with ddr3 and have some 1600-bin sticks, they're not performing well—they clock in around 3000 or higher, but maybe a fresh setup would help. I guess i could try a different configuration like a triple channel at 2800+ instead of the current 2656.
