I put Windows 11 in today and saw the problem when I moved quickly. Desktop apps won’t open and right-clicking isn’t working. The taskbar only functions when I move very little. It’s confusing me. Third-party programs are fine. My mouse is Logitech G903 wireless. Odd thing is Windows 10 didn’t have this issue. Is there a setting that might be causing it?
Consider trying to install the Logitech drivers. I'm clarifying what you're referring to—it's not just about Windows 11, but a general driver problem. This can occur during new installs of other Windows versions too. My device stopped working on Windows 7 after updating a few drivers and applying updates. Also, check the power settings and turn off USB and PCIe power saving, as these can sometimes affect wireless devices.
