The motherboard is limited to 4000 MHz, but you might still reduce the clock to 3800 MHz. It would likely stay under 1.45 V with that change.

They likely avoided the tracing to prevent hitting 4000MHz. Also, you're aiming for a 1:1 match with Infinity Fabric—adjust timing and speed. Maybe you can reach 3700-3800MHz CL14 if you're lucky. It really depends on the CPU's silicon characteristics.

I'm choosing the TridentZ series now.

No, none of the kits you received are tridentZ.

I thought those were Ripjaws V too. I looked deeper and found that Ballistix 3600 C16 costs 80 euros, while Ripjaws V is 110 euros. Brand really does matter in the long run.

Ballistix is Rev E, a bit less ideal but still functional. The brand isn't important.

It depends on your priorities. Paying extra for a slightly improved IC might not be worth it if you don’t plan to overclock and the RAM is already running at 3600MHz. As for finding an IC number, that format (16-16-16-32-48) isn’t standard; it’s likely a custom or internal designation.

these are reference points. most of the estimates rely on what the IC can actually do. at least that’s my approach. ballistics at 3000mhz or higher typically follows Rev E. ballistics, which is generally Rev E for most cases. since Microns is a brand, you can look for B-die when the timing and speed aren’t feasible on a specific IC.

You're asking about the impact of your RAM on CPU performance. It seems your current RAM model isn't officially recognized by your CPU, which could affect stability or speed in certain applications. The effect might vary depending on the tasks you run.

it doesn't do anything, it's just a sign they haven't tried testing that kit for the QVL. usually QVL isn't very helpful.
