You can look for dedicated gaming forums or websites that let you input your hardware specs to see FPS results for specific games. Many of them offer community-driven benchmarks and custom configurations.

Visited a Discord PC building server. Someone mentioned 3600 will be too much for a 1060 3GB and your PSU is more than enough. What should I do?

Consider testing the Ryzen 2600, it remains useful for current titles. For the PSU, upgrading to something around 650w would be advantageous. Another idea from Marmour is to purchase a solid GPU such as an 1650 for approximately $180. Additional tips are also available.
