You're planning to upgrade your motherboard, CPU, and RAM while keeping your GPU, hard drives, and SSDs intact. It sounds like you're concerned about potential compatibility issues with Windows 10 after the upgrade. To avoid problems, ensure your system is properly configured before installing new hardware. Since you don’t have a product key, you can still proceed by using the Windows 10 installation media and following the steps carefully. If your Microsoft account is linked to a product key, you may need to verify or generate one before proceeding. Keep your files safe and back them up during the process.

Link your Windows activation with your Microsoft profile, log in during reinstallation, and enable it via the platform. You’ll need to reinstall Windows, so ensure you save any data on your operating system drive.

If it doesn't work, simply contact Microsoft and describe the issue. On their website they provide guidance on this matter.

Start your Windows installation — it should come back online. If not, press the troubleshoot option in the activation area. No need to reinstall the system. For more details, refer to Microsoft support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...are-change
