Hello everyone, I recently assembled a sleeper build with a 1998 Gateway beige white case. The setup includes a 1000W PSU, an i7 14700K processor, RTX 4070, 32GB DDR5 memory at 6000MHz, and a 2TB Samsung 990 Pro NVMe drive. After booting from USB, I managed to install Windows 10 for about 15 minutes before encountering a BSOD. After restarting, I experienced roughly 30 minutes of driver installations followed by another BSOD. I've tried reseating RAM, testing each stick separately, inspecting all cables, re-seating the SSD, and checking everything else. Now I can only access "Contains Errors" and can't even open Windows or the Boot USB. The BSOD messages are becoming more frequent.

Additionally, during the final startup my Gigabyte Aorus Elite X Wifi7 board displayed parts in both Chinese and English, which is quite confusing.
