I’m working on recreating the first three initial d arcade stages using demul. I’ve been doing this for over a year and recently restarted it after a long break. However, when trying to load the game, I encounter an error saying “error cannot find” for the file “naomi2_romxxxx.xac.” At first I assumed moving the ROMs to the naomi2 folder would help, but I can’t locate them anywhere—either in the demul directory or through File Explorer. The file names match what appears in the error message, and both the ROMs and demul are from 2022. I’m not sure if updating the emulator is necessary. Updated August 4, 2024 by FredFuji
