During your initial startup, everything functions properly—cabinet fans, CPU fan, GPU fan, motherboard lights all operate correctly. However, the monitor fails to display any signal, and pressing the power button causes an immediate shutdown. After restarting, the system boots up normally. This issue occurs consistently every time you power on your PC. Are there others who have encountered this problem?

It seems the problem likely stems from using an old BIOS on your motherboard. You must upgrade the BIOS before it will function properly with your 7400. Updating the BIOS requires installing a 6th generation Intel CPU so the system can boot and then apply the update as usual.
