My PC is using the official Windows 10 build and has been playing GTA 5 smoothly, but recently it keeps loading to the screen without doing anything. I checked the game and everything seemed fine, yet the issue persists. After uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the problem continues. If anyone has any advice or steps to resolve this, please share what you did. Thanks, Crossfire100

there are very few problems with version 10 after a fresh setup, except for the nvidia and amd drivers which isn't a windows issue
