It's an ASUS P8 H61-MLX board. It's used, and I swapped the motherboard since my original one didn't fit in the new case. I'm running an Intel i5-3470 with 8GB of 1600MHz RAM. All components functioned before the upgrade. The old board was a Lenovo OEM model.
The H61 chip was introduced for 2nd generation Intel CPUs, meaning the 3rd generation is only compatible if your BIOS is updated. You should check that first.
