I assembled a fresh PC, yet every launch takes 30 seconds to a minute where it executes basic commands. I've removed the RAM and CPU, then reinserted them, but it still functions. What should I try next? The specs are: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-E, gaming Wi-Fi, PowerColor Radeon RX 7900 XTX, Red Devil Limited Edition, 24GB GDDR6 RAM, G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000, C30 DC, 64GB AMD EXPO, Noctua NH-D15 chromax black, Phanteks Revolt X power supply (1200W, 135mm, Platinum certified), Samsung Pro 990 1TB for booting and 2x Samsung Pro 990 2TB for gaming and video editing. Phanteks Eclipse G500A D-RGB .7xNoctua NF-A14 iPPC-3000 PWM.
